The minimum wage in 2025 The minimum wage as a regulation in force in Poland has been established in the Law on the minimum wage for work, in October 10th, 2002. In 2025 the minimum wage has increased by nearly 8 p.p., compared to the previous year, and amounts to 4,666.00 PLN gross per month. It is the largest annual increase in recent years. The national hourly wage amounts to 30.50 PLN and concerns mainly contract of mandate and work.
