CIT (Corporate Income Tax) Corporate income tax is a liability concerning companies formed under the Commercial Companies Code with a registered residency in Poland. Its amount is based on the corporate income regardless of source or method of obtaining it (with the only exception of forms of income such as interests and dividends sent abroad as payment for work or service, these are covered by the withholding tax regulations).
